Once again VINCA collaborates with the client to offer a solution for the optimization of the productive system.

New project for the design, installation and maintenance of a motorised light bridge crane model PROFILE MASTER PLUS with a capacity up to 1250 kg. The aim of this project is to manufacture an extremely light equipment to facilitate transport and also to allow the mobilization and assembly of all the components and parts of the crane between two operators.

At VINCA we have incorporated a new safety system based on high-power LED spotlights to improve the signalling of the action areas of bridge cranes, winches and hoists.…

Thanks to the special design of the double girder crane with double suspended trolley, DAFE has managed to optimise its production process efficiently. The customer's facilities have a low ceiling and very high presses, which means a problem for the transit of a crane with a high load capacity to be able to manipulate and turn the stamping molds that the customer use to work.

The company Grifell i Pons SL continues with its process of continuous improvement. The Lagenfor fast doors installed isolate the new paint zone from the rest of the factory. This investment allows our customer  to continue improving the production process of the Innaltech trademark product range, owned by Grifell i Pons SL. The Vectorflex industrial folding door model provides the necessary reliability for an optimal production process.
