Features of 360 chain hoists
Its robust steel housing protects all internal components even in the harshest conditions.
The little height lost allows to maximize the operating height.
The revolutionary 360º rotary control system allows the operator to work from virtually any position, in closed spaces or above the load. It can even be handled on one side of the load which also makes it possible to use the hoist for pulling or tensioning.
Due to the versatility of these manual hoists, the operator will not be forced to work in the cargo danger zone.
The patented brake system is extremely quiet, ensures safety and improves maintenance due to the elimination of ratchet mechanisms.
All parts are made of high quality materials, additionally galvanized or yellow chrome plated to increase protection against corrosion.

Technical characteristics:
Robust steel casing to protect internal components 0 even in the harshest conditions. Chain and gear guide almost completely closed.
Compact: little height lost between hooks that allows to maximize the operating height.
360º rotatable control chain (special patented) that allows the operator to work from virtually any position, in closed spaces or above the load. The model 360 can be handled even with a 90º pull of the load, which also makes it possible to use the hoist for pulling or pulling. Due to this versatility, the operator will not be forced to work in the cargo danger zone.
Automatic double ratchet brake system and protected against corrosion.
The hardened load pulling pulley with four machined supports ensures precise chain movement.
High resistance link chain, zinc plated or stainless steel depending on the type, according to national and international standards and regulations.
The suspension and load hooks open in the event of an overload instead of breaking. They rotate 360º and are made of high resistance steel.
The hooks are provided with robust safety latches.
Coating with special ‘anti-spark protection’ to reduce the mechanical risk of contact sparking.
Optional manual chain or push trolleys equipped with rubber stops.
Suspension and load hooks with copper coating for MEDIUM or HIGH designs.
Stainless steel load chain for HIGH design.
