Mobile Ramp

The mobile loading ramp is the most efficient solution for loading and unloading goods when there is no loading dock available to carry out these tasks. Thanks to the mobile ramps, the vehicle and its own surface can be easily communicated without any interruption or discontinuity.

Through the installation of mobile ramps, the loading and unloading work is streamlined. A single person can do all the work, thanks to some specific functionalities of the mobile loading ramp such as the lifting and lowering with manual hydraulic pump, the progressive descent valve or the articulated skirts that allow the operator to move the vehicle without any setback.

The floor of all our mobile ramps is formed by a special serration that facilitates the adherence of the wheels and avoids skidding.

Characteristics of the mobile loading ramp

• Height adjustment from 950 to 1,600 mm.
• Slip-resistant galvanized grating floor. Structure finished with anti-rust preparation and final finish in yellow RAL 1028.
• Lifting and lowering by means of manually operated hydraulic pump with limiting valve, see optional with electro-hydraulic unit.
• The loading ramp is equipped with two galvanized steel safety chains for fastening to the truck, with 2 hooks and safety latches.
• With two height-adjustable and foldable safety legs for transporting the loading ramp.
• Including hitching tiller for towing by forklift truck.
• Fully continuous anti-fall sides to avoid possible snagging of the forklift blades or the load.
• Our ramps have an exclusive patented design.
• Warpable structure so that the upper lip of the mobile loading ramp adjusts perfectly to the lateral inclinations of the truck cab.
• Front lips adjustable to the pavement.
• Wheels with Polyurethane (Vulkolan) tread.
• Use and maintenance manual and CE certificate.

Optional features of the loading ramp:

Electrohydraulic Motorized Group: The operator raises the mobile loading ramp conveniently and quickly by pressing a push button. Includes emergency mushroom and CETAC base (3P+T) 230/400V (motor power: 1.1 kW), electric cable not included in the scope of supply. Replaces the manually operated hydraulic pump.
