ALSTOM: Hiperflex high-speed door

Alstom is one of the train manufacturers leaders of Spain. It has innovation and digital mobility centers located in Madrid and two industrial centers, one in Barcelona and the other in Vizcaya, where they supply equipment and solutions for the national and international market.

For the testing workshop for the new trains they have in Barcelona, we have designed, manufactured and assembled 3 Hiperflex high-speed doors. Its development is based on the proven technology of the VECTORFLEX door: reliable, safe and economical. This type of door allows you to automate entrances and exits in a comfortable way, without the need to open and close manually each time.

At VINCA we take care of all parts of the process, from the first contact where we know the client's needs to the final assembly. Being manufacturers we have the possibility of producing adjusted to the millimeter. In this case, each door has specific width measurements and a height of 6m.
