TECNOTRANS BONFIGLIOLI: overhead cranes

Bonfiglioli is an international company specialized in the manufacture and sale of industrial components and accessories for machinery. This Italian multinational has inaugurated a new headquarters in Castellbisbal where Vinca has carried out the installation of 8 overhead cranes and a jib.

Overhead cranes are industrial equipment designed to lift and move heavy loads from 1000kg up to 80t or more. In order to sustain these loads, the cranes are made up of a structure that supports the beam that, depending on the load capacity, can be monorail or double rail. To lift and handle the load, the overhead crane is equipped with a hoist and optionally with accessories.

The cranes installed at Tecnotrans Bonfiglioli range from 1,000kg to 2,000kg and all are equipped with an Athlo chain hoist from the SWF brand. To provide greater comfort, efficiency and safety, we complement the overhead cranes with radio controls from which all the movements of both the crane and the hoist are activated.

Other equipment installed at the Bonfiglioli facilities is the column jib for 500kg. The boom is articulated manually as is the translation of the hoist. This jib is complemented by the Handy Master hoist that has a single control from which orientation, positioning and lifting and lowering are controlled.
